Shipping Policy

Orders are typically processed within 7-14 business days. Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Please note:

  • Shipping times may vary depending on destination and carrier delays.

  • We are not responsible for packages delayed by the shipping carrier.

  • Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is accurate at checkout.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, additional shipping charges may apply to resend the order.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you love your Pāʻani Pals purchase. If you are not completely satisfied, please contact us within 14 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused and in their original condition.

  • Items must be returned in their original packaging.

  • Proof of purchase is required.

Because of the nature of our products, customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Refunds will be processed after the returned item has been received and inspected.

Incorrect Orders

If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Please include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item and packaging

  • A brief description of the issue

We will work with you to make it right as quickly as possible.

Product Safety

Adult supervision is recommended during play.

Please regularly inspect toys for wear and damage. Discontinue use if any part becomes loose, cracked, or damaged.

Our toys are intended for use according to the age recommendations listed on each product page.

Colors & Natural Materials

Many Pāʻani Pals products are made from natural materials. Variations in wood grain, color, and texture are normal and make each piece unique.

Product photos are taken to represent colors as accurately as possible, though colors may vary slightly depending on screen settings.

Intellectual Property

All website content, product designs, photos, illustrations, logos, and educational materials are the property of Pāʻani Pals and may not be copied, reproduced, or distributed without written permission.
